"The floor in the room needed to be swept. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The mattress had a very stale odor. The carpet in the hall is grungy. We've stayed several times previously but things seem to be getting a bit run down. "

"The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. I actually tried to sleep on the couch thinking it might be better and it was not. I should have tried the floor. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left after the first night. We checked in on a Friday and out on a Tuesday and the room was not cleaned one time. We asked them to come and clean it and the front desk said they will get to it. We ended up just going down and asking for new towels since they never gave us fresh ones. We will not stay at a hampton inn again. "
