「There are two disappointing points: 1. Check-in is only available at 4PM. I was driving around and got into a small car accident, that was terrible 2. There is no dedicated parking lot and one bath towel is missing.」

「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone.
