"As others have said, don’t judge a book by its cover. The outside of this hotel is dated. The minute you step through the lobby door, it’s warm and welcoming. I had the pleasure of checking in with Dulce, who greeted us with a big smile. She was so helpful, answered my questions, and gave us recommendations for Mexican food.
