"After I read some of reviews, I expected that hotel would be not very nice. It actually suprized me and my 19/21 kids. They enjoy two story room with their beds in the loft and spiral staircase that brought them upstairs. It is also interesting to be inside school like building. Parking is free and plenty. Property well maintained and there are working elevators. We had to pay additional fee for city tax in addition to what Expedia charged us."

"As an Expedia perk, our room was upgraded from an Economy Room to a Standard Room, which was a wonderful surprise. The room was clean, fresh, and smelled pleasant. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations. The only minor issue was a slight pungent smell coming from the washroom whenever we opened the door. It may have been isolated to our room, but we hope the management can look into it. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend this hotel."

"This was a complete hotel package. It got it all and checked all the boxes. Rooms were clean, spacious and well insulated. Beds were comfortable and soft. Bathroom was nice and clean. The only thing I disliked was that the shower area don't have a door or enclosure or curtain without which using the shower leaves a massive puddle and poses a safety hazard. Breakfast was terrific. The staff were courteous and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay at the Milk factory thoroughly."
