Junkies in the parking lot. About 6 broken down cars and 10 old broken bicycles parked on the front side of the building that look like had been there all winter. It used to house the druggies and homeless. I felt unsafe parking there. The restaurant was closed, pool closed, zero amenities, the hallways smell of smoke and mold with torn carpet that easily could be tripped on. It’s just horrible horrible.
