"The accommodations, food, and service were incredible! "

"Overall bad experience since check in, we had to come back to reception 3 times before getting everything properly, such as wifi card, towels, safe key. At least they allowed us with an early check in. Do not book all inclusive formula since it's a cheat. "My wife and I found a little bit of paradise at Royal Mandarin Resort! Very very nice property. We booked this room for five nights following our Serengeti Safari in the hope of some beach relaxation. We got that and so much more!"

"The room was cleaned daily, and the evening turndown service was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptional — every single member of the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail truly exceeded expectations. The spa was the best ever."

"The outside grounds of the hotel are manicured beautifully. "

"Fantastic stay – highly recommended! A fantastic place with exceptional service and wonderful staff. The breakfast was delicious, and the facilities were beautiful. Our villa was absolutely amazing, and we really enjoyed the lovely spa and stunning main pool. Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"

"Beautifully laid out, beach right out every front door, very clean, staff was helpful and friendly, great food and a quiet but still family atmosphere. You can tell the owners give a lot of attention to the details. Pool was so clean and beautiful. Also the landscaping was stunning and gave it an upscale resort feel while still having an intimate feel. They set up an excursion and airport ride and made the whole process easy. Would HIGHLY recommend this place and would stay here again!"

"Hotel novo, funcionários muito simpáticos, quarto maravilhoso com piscina ., muito bom"

"Beautiful property and super helpful staff. I had an amazing spa experience right after an 8day Kilimanjaro climb. The restaurant was excellent with all meals and the ocean views are wonderful."

"It was Quiet and more private. Food was good. Had the pool to ourselves and beach was never crowded."
