"I was made welcome by Hannah. The room was spacious, clean and warm with comfortable beds. Towels, tea, coffee and hot chocolate were provided along with fresh milk. There was a microwave and small fridge in the room with a supply of crockery and cutlery. Everything was as good as may be expected for the room rate."

"Seriously everything was great - from the welcome we received, how clean and well presented the whole hotel looks we could have been staying there the first week it ever opened. We would stay again in a heart beat and will recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Napier. If I could score the hotel 6 stars I would - if I could have the same shower and pressure at home I’d love that too !!"

"We stayed at Villa 1 and Villa 2. Both properties were excellent. Beautifully located beach front so we had some lovely sunrises and sunsets during our stay. We’d definitely recommend and go back again sometimes in the future"
