「The sheets were stained, the bathmat was dirty, the water in the shower was cold. Tv didnt work. 」

「Place is tired, water heater was broke, dead bugs on window sills and crawling bugs on floor. Pretty bad for a Hilton… surprisingly bad. Staff should have given a little notice of condition before checking in. 」

「The motel staff received an e-mail for me and printed a document I need for the next day. She checked for me a few times even into the evening hours. The next morning a really nice breakfast was ready a little bit early so I could eat and be on my way. This same lady was there all night and did a wonderful job. The rooms were also comfortable and had the amenities I like. Thanks Quality Inn.」

「First room they gave me had a terrible, strong odor. I was told that an individual had been in the room all week with do not disturb sign. Why would they then give the room to another guest without taking care of the problem? Second room was worn…with cracked bathroom sink. Housekeeping failed to tidy the room - I had to change out my own towels. Very disappointing experience for the price point.」

「This place is a wonderful place to stay. Room was very clean, staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. Parking was great! Beautiful view of the river from our room was so enjoyable! Very quiet room. We chose not to have any breakfast. We enjoyed the coffee provided in the room. 」

「A nice fresh feeling hotel one block off Main Street in Butler. We were in town for a rugby tournament and loved being able to be close, have a pool, enjoy breakfast, and have a pleasant experience. A spacious room - added a cot - for our little one and everyone was happy to have room to enjoy our stay. Thanks!」

「Keys throughout the hotel didn't work. The first room had no working phone or thermal. The second room had no working tv.」

「I stayed 2 nights while a family member was having a procedure at the local hospital. The location was good for my needs. The only deficiency was my room was not cleaned or prepped after my first night. Trash was not removed and bed was not made. After a long and stressful day it would have been nice to come back to a tidy room.」
