「Great old Florida, family run property. The rooms are renovated and very clean. We stayed in #5. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. The second room with a kitchenette and pullout couch area is a little small if 2 more are staying in there also but it’s very functional. The room is Ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adult and 1 child/2 small children. We loved the little pool and direct access to the beach across the street. 「HIDDEN TREASURE! Love this place, it's our new Tampa area hotel. It was our 25th anniversary, the staff went out of their way to make it special. For an extra fee of course, they outfitted our room with extra amenities. Love it , love it, LOVE IT! If I could give it 10 stars I would.」

「Beautiful landscapes. Well maintained pools . Excellent bar-restaurant upstairs Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of places on the property to hang out. Only negative thing we experienced was a bug in the bed. Like a beetle. I talked to the front desk abd they immediately changed my room which i appreciated. Some of the rooms have new bathrooms with really nice showers abd mirrors. Our second room was old bathroom. It was fine but hopefully i get a new bathroom on my next visit....

「If you want a good priced on the beach quick stay it's perfect. Parking is rough and was about the only down side. You get what you pay for here, but room was clean and pool was nice.」

「Spoke to owner, Mathew. He was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The Lofts are clean , comfortable and nicely decorated with beach vibes! Not a far walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants and cafés. We had an enjoyable Fourth of July weekend. We will be back again.」

「Stayed at the hotel to go see the Rays play down the street! My first time in the downtown St Pete area. The room was spacious and clean! I've seen others comment about the poor AC in the room but I had no issues with the AC. Pool & pool bar were nice but it was too hot to sit out there, the indoor bar the "Taproom" was big and spacious! The hotel offered free shuttle service to and from Rays stadium which I thought was covenant The staff was very helpful, I only had breakfast there which was...
