"I really enjoyed the "hands-off" experience of Kasa. There wasn't anything extra I needed. The virtual concierge was perfect for my preferred style of travel. The only downside is the noise on weekends from the bar next door. This is not the location's fault and they have provided earplugs and sound machines to help combat it. I was able to get good sleep thanks to those amenities. I would stay there again, I love the 6th street vibe of restaurants and coffeeshops."

"The facility is clean, and I really appreciate how prompt maintenance was when I asked them to fix my shower—that handle was too tight and I couldn't turn it. The room was pleasantly surprising with its spacious size. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay again!"

"Had a great stay here! The room was great, and the service was amazing! I’d left my sunglasses at the front desk and they saved them and returned them to me. Very kind and respectful. The water in the shower had inconsistent heat but it wasn’t too bad."

"The hotel was great but each morning I was woken up by music from the lobby at 7 a.m. One of the nights had a super loud truck outside the window from 4 to 5 a.m., which kept me awake. "
