「I'll just start by saying that I've stayed in worse places and it met my general criteria of not having bed bugs.
When I walked in, there was no one at the counter so I called the number like the sign said and it rang and rang and rang. I walked around the lobby and tried again. It literally took 15 minutes before a woman walked out. There were no apologies.
