"The room smelled like old mildew basement smell. The pillows smelled like mildew. Towel racks were coming out of the wall. The toliet keep moving it was not bolted down properly. There were no comfy blankets to use just a thin worn out blanket that smelled. Tv cable and remote didnt work right. The rooms had pillows with stains all over them. There was people hanging out all around the parking lot that did not belong there. We did not feel safe at all. I would never recommend anyone stay...

"my friend fell asleep in the room and when I got there my key would not work for the door and neither would any of the additional keys they made for me neither would the master key to which the worker said she didn't really know what else to do so I had to pound on the door until I woke my friend to let me in"

"The hotel advertised a pool. However, when we got there, the pool was out of order. You have access to the internet, update your hotel to let people know that the pool and hot tub are out of commission. It would have been nice to know before we booked."

"I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm.
