「We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible...

「The hotel is near the metro station called 300 Aragveli. It is situated in a quiet district. The docoration is natural and beautiful. The staff are helpful and nice. They are willing to provide help and answer all the questions patiently. The room is clean and comfortable. Only one thing need to improve is the breakfast. Not much food and the taste is average. 」

「Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wirklich klasse! Besonders der Frühstück war beeindruckend – ganz im europäischen Stil, was man in Georgien nicht allzu oft findet. Ein besonderes Lob auch für die Kaffeeautomaten – sogar viele 4- bis 5-Sterne-Hotels haben so etwas nicht. Das Spa und die Saunen waren ebenfalls auf sehr hohem Niveau – eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Entspannen. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Fernseher im Zimmer sind ziemlich alt und haben keinen...

「The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. 」

「Wonderful hotel.. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is breakfast starts at 8am. I know this is common in Tbilisi, but a 730am start would make it easier for business travelers who need to get going at 8am or 830. At least have some basic items available at 730am. 」
