"The rooms had trash on the floor. They had a shortage of towels and face cloths. Every morning the elevators were not on. Had to take your luggage down the exit steps. Breakfast was not ready in the morning. The employee you was in charge of cleaning the eating area got nasty with the quests because someone let plastic on the counter he yelled at everyone in the area. First and last time I will stay at your hotel."
