「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」

「位置不错，离中央车站和城市中心都不远，可以步行。酒店装饰低调不失奢华，干净，卫生间大。没有在酒店用餐，但看着环境不错。」

「地點相當優異，就在車站旁邊，交通很方便，離Haarlem 市中心也不遠，是個十分值得推薦的旅館。」

「Central location and comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was very good; nice choices of cereals, breads, hot food. Dinner menu was not exciting; our burger was disappointing. We enjoyed our stay there and would happily return in the future. 」
