「Wir hatten eine tollen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber und bietet alles, was eine Familie benötigt. Die Lage direkt am Strand und in der Nähe von Ushaka hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon Richtung Hafenkanal und Meer hat und sehr, sehr zugesagt und beeindruckt. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pool wurde renoviert und wir konnten diesen außer an einem Tag nicht nutzen, hierauf gab es im Vorfeld keinem Hinweis von Hotelseite.」

「フロントの対応はとてもフレンドリーで安心。 ところが部屋のシャワールームに換気扇がなく廊下側の窓が開いていました。 そのためシャワールームや部屋に虫、特に蚊が合計7匹もいてとても不快でした。 小さな子供もいたため、虫を全て駆除するまで1時間以上かかりとても大変でした。 窓が開いているのでトイレの音も、部屋での会話も、廊下に漏れてしまいます。」

「It is good for a stay on the coast」

「The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!」

「The view and location was absolutely fabulous. The cleaning staff was really helpful and friendly. Beach, supermarkets and restaurants were all in walking distance. I will definitely come back. 」

「The place is amazing, right on the beach with stunning views Well furnished and has AC in each room and the lounge. Kitchen has most amenities you will need. There's a parking garage in the shade for your car and in case you didn't want to swim in the beach, there's a pool on the fifth floor. Cleaning is done daily for an hour except sundays and beach towels were provided. Definitely will come back when I'm visiting Durban」

「disaster of a trip, no house keeping done, even though it is stated as daily housekeeping owner was downright rude, made derogatory statements, and started being abusive when I asked for housekeeping hotels.com had to intervene and then too all they could do was manage to get early check out all I can say is this, DO NOT STAY HERE if u need further info please call me and I will explain further and show u proof of hotels attitude and racist comments and defamatory statements. hotels.com is...
