"Nice new property with good size rooms, balcony and pool. Some ongoing construction works were quite noisy for brief periods in the morning. The kitchen is quite basic but has a stove and kettle. Car access was very difficult from Kotor tunnel road, so I would advise entry via road up from Tivat airport instead. Really stressful drive every time until we found an alternative route up to the property. Fairly easy to find on maps app."

The location was perfect and the view from the room (sea view) was the best view ever! The staff were amazing, so helpful with standing taxis or just being there for any questions you had, if you’re looking at staying in kotor or surrounding areas then please check them out "

"The Villa was just as described, clean and with a lovely little balcony with stunning views over Sveti, just as in the pictures. The balcony was in shade for most of the day which for us was great as the weather was sunny and very hot for the time of year! The walk down and back to/from the beach using the steps is steep so not for all but you can take a more leisurely walk up the winding road for an easier walk. "Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day. It took took long time to wait for breakfast. Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡 Very good aircondition 😊 In general a nice place - wich can improve the cleaning and more friendly staff."

"Lovely apartment with perfect views out over the sea. Alao had a lovely pool area which was much needed in the heatwave. Cleaning staff come in everyday and make a spotless job. Good communication prior to arriving as it can be a little difficult to find. Be aware its up a steep winding little road and van be found via a big blue sign on the right hand side after a sharp bend. We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed. "A charming old mini stone built ex fortress now lodgings, on the banks of the fjord. The owner Alex was helpful and explained the brief history of the place. Warm and comfortable, well equipped room still (with an old gun slot in the thick wall). Locally there is a mini market and restaurant, with Kotor, approx 1.5km away. Blueline buses stop here every hour and taxis are available. There is one ground level room with the rest a short stone stair climb. Recommend"

"Bedroom - two single mattresses on top of a king box spring is no good for one person. Bathroom - shower water spills into the rest of the bathroom Floors - for some reason the tile floors are wet/damp in certain areas all the time. Quietness - neighbor noise once in a while, with next door construction. Noise form suite above (walking, talking, etc.) Otherwise, a clean and basic apartment "
