One of the best hotel experiences I’ve experienced! The staff were amazing! I had told them that we were staying for my wife ’s birthday. They actually took the time to put together a small gift bag with a hand written birthday card and put it in our room. They also gave us an awesome view of dodger stadium when we told them that we were going to the dodger game.
The hotel was very modern, clean, and safe. Everyone there, the valet, front desk and concierge, and security, were very kind and professional. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are staying in downtown LA.
