They apparently have a tv guy but he was not able to come until the next day. For a hotel that is $200 a night, I should not have to deal with that. I have 2 young kids under 5. The door to the room also kept getting jammed and we would have to slam the door very hard in order to close...

"Cabin provided NO SHEETS, BLANKETS or PILLOWS, nor INDOOR PLUMBING. I would have NEVER EVEN CONSIDERED any lodging listed on Expedia would not provide those two things. Additionally, cabin was over booked. I didn't appreciate not knowing if my family has a place to stay that late at night after a long busy day of traveling.
