We waited nearly an hour for a simple salad while no table received any food—servers only circulated beers, apparently to push alcohol sales. When questioned, staff became defensive and blamed a non-existent “large group.”
Back at our cabin, the door code failed. It took 40 minutes and a battery swap before maintenance let us in. Inside, one shower lacked cold water and the other bathroom door wouldn’t lock.
Poor service, shabby maintenance, and manipulative sales tactics made this a miserable stay. Look elsewhere for your national-park visit.
