"The rooms are clean and tidy, and serviced daily. In the rooms you will find USB chargers and USC charges next to the bed, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a large desk. The bathroom that we had, had a bath with a shower attachment which had good water pressure. The hotel itself is lovely. The only downside of our stay, was that there was a large group of children staying with their parents (however, I didn’t see many parents, I just saw streams of children ages 8 to 15) and they ran riot in the hotel knocking on doors and running away, They rode in the lift up and down, and being loud and obnoxious like I mentioned I see many parents I saw just lots of children. What really annoyed me was that when we were checking out and taking our cases down, some kids got in the lift and disappeared with it. We stood there for about 10 mins, in the end I had to drag one of my cases down the stairs on my own. Leave it at the bottom the stairs and come up as I came up to grab the other case. The boys appeared in the lift. I was so angry I had to drag my other case down the stairs too. I mentioned this to the reception staff and they said to me were their guests of the hotel too. I was not happy with the reply I got. "

"Great food in bar. Very quick Great service also and friendly staff. Front of house great also. My room had a mini fridge and coffee machine. And a bath. All great Only one thing not so good was, although I didn't have the heater on, it was still a bit warm in room. Could be a good thing for some people. A busy road outside but with windows closed its fine. Needs some USB ports in rooms. Free close parking. There was a fan in room also with Iron and iron board. WIFI was great also. 2 min. walk to garage Didn't have breakfast so can not comment. All in all great. "

"We enjoyed our overnight stay here. View from the room was breathtaking and beds were very comfortable . The only downside was the in-bath shower which was difficult to get in and out of and it had very little power. Breakfast was very good and staff were very helpful and friendly."

" This is one of those wonderful hotels which exude comfort. The reception area has many deep-padded settees & armchairs which show that the hotel prioritises the comfort of its clients above all else. This is replicated throughout the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful & cheerful. And, the hotel is in an exceptional location for visitors to enjoy the scenery around Mount Errigal, Glenveagh Castle & National Park, and the spectacular coastal views of the Gaeltacht region of Donegal. I shall certainly be returning later in the year!! "
