The Birches is a B&B gem

Wonderful spot in Dunedin. The spacious, sunny suites are a great luxury. Super hosts to help you plan your visit. We watched the World’s Fastest Indian one night which was locationally appropriate. Such a fun visit.

An old home outside the center of Dunedin was meticulously renovated and improved and was a very comfortable place to stay. Everything was in perfect order. The owners were delightful, very hospitable and helpful.

VERY NICE B&B IN DUNEDIN

Sadly, we had one very short night at this beautiful B&B. Our hosts were gracious and went above and beyond to make our very short stay relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
