The breakfast times were not convenient, and the lobby is not great if you are with a group that would like to hang out. They often had any lobby area closed. The room was clean, but very bare. Depending on what activities you are looking for, the location was convenient. Great if you are headed to the Braehead arena.

Could not control the room temperature and the windows did not open. We asked the staff to lower the temperature, but they never did. Unable to sleep.

Kitchen staff very surly the evening we arrived about having to cook dinner for us. They tried to refuse service, even though their stated opening hours were for more than an hour after we arrived, and they kept giving us dirty looks through the open kitchen hatch. Front of house was excellent. The issue was the kitchen staff.
