「Great room , comfy bed . Excellent location . It was by accident that I saw jalena when we were arriving . She was very nice and helpful . The rooms are in an excellent location . It would be good if you could access the English Chanel on the TV if you are there for a few days . In Croatia it is easy to pay via an app on the phone eg taxi drivers uses this . Thank you ! 」

「Nice spacious room in excellent location. It is upstairs. The double windows block out most of the street noise but there were a lot of car enthusiasts driving by between midnight at 4am on the Friday and Saturday night we were there.」

「Big studio apartment in the heart of Zagreb. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a lot of cupboards and drawers for our things. We also appreciated the air conditioning and kitchenette. The check in desk is at the Main Square Hostel which is not mentioned anywhere and would have made it a lot easier to find! Hostel staff were helpful, friendly, and responded quickly to my messages when we needed helping finding them. 」

「千萬不要被騙， 相片外表好靚 ，進入建築物後， 有如恐怖片一般的 ，所有公眾地方， 衛生程度極為骯髒，冇任何照明系統！ 入住的五天，只有4條毛巾可用，床單都冇更換， 最大問題是連熱水爐都是時好時壞，致電屋主維修，還須呆等2小時！ 不知為什麼？自己要付出不少的租金， 但能夠獲得嘅服務等如零！！！」

「They offered self-check-in for customers so you don't need to call them to get the key. (This is absolutely convenient for those who don't have a local sim card! The room is clean and lovely. A mini kitchen is available. However, during my stay in this apartment, the WIFI did not work. I believe it will be fixed soon. Shampoo and shower gel were not provided. You need to bring your own ones. There are an $8 euro cleaning fee and $2 euro city tax which was untold when I was booking. So...
