「Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

「The last few times i have stayed it rakes a while to check in as no one is maning the reception. You have to wait for someone from the bar to see you or when you press the bell to come over when they are not serving customers. There are peopke sitting around you shile your waiting to check in, which is awward as you have your bags and feel in the way. Check in was much better when the hotel reception was separate to the bar area. Also upon arrival to the room, the door was wide open. This...
