「I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.」

「We loved our stay at Hotel French Coco from the warm welcome to our own private plunge pool. The staff were very accommodating and kind and the gardens were beautiful (we saw many species of birds during our stay). The breakfasts were delicious with a good variety of options (although I mistakenly though that « breakfast included » covered the cooked options as well). 「I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent — close to everything and very convenient for getting around.」
