「Easy all around 」

「Everyone was Courteous, the room was nice and clean, I would stay there again :)」

「Not too much parking but I was able to park in the back right by the back entrance. Once I had my key card, I was able to get to my car easily and staff was so kind helping me find a couple of things I needed. They even helped make sure I had the same room because I booked two nights separately. Thank you so much! 」

「The property is beautiful. Service is slow in the restaurant and a very limited menu. The staff in the main building were not very knowledgeable about the property so we had to figure out a lot on our own. The spa was lovely and services excellent.」

「First room the shower faucet wouldn't stay in place and kept falling so the water was scaulding. Also, our air conditioner leaked making the carpet wet, then stopped working. Moved to another room and the bathroom floor tile was broken and hazardous. The rooms were cleaned, just in need of repairs.」

「Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.」
