Det er et rigtigt pænt og roligt selv med alle 10 lejligheder i brug er det afslapning og naturen/udsigten er et helt ud over hvad vildt tanker af en udsigt men man skal være godt bens der er trapper over alt på stedet super god service og renlighed

Appart hôtel vue et dans la mer...

Accueil magnifique de notre hôte. Apéro, explication sur les visites. Toujours disponible pour nous. Mer à 10m de notre appart. Nos filles ont adorées aller dans l'eau revenir à l'appartement. Que du bonheur pour commencer notre séjour. Nous avions pris la formules petit dej, parfait. Tout n'était pas complet et heureusement car le stationnement est vraiment délicat. Si vous venez de dubrovnik, faut couper la ligne blanche et anticiper les véhicules rapide... Les emplacements sont restreints et sans voiture cet appart hôtel n'est pas pour vous.

Not a place I would recommend. Owner argued with us when we mentioned problems at check out. He was actually quite rude. Beautiful surroundings but for what you pay, I would go elsewhere. Had to wait until 5:00 to get a chair by the water. People just leave towels day and night. Room was not what we saw on website.

Right on the water

Not perfect but a great place to stay. A bit out of Dubrovnik but it's a picturesque drive if that's your destination, completely worth it. Staying outside the city, there's no light pollution and the starry sky is awe inspiring. I would stay again. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Hübsches Appartementhaus mit privatem Strand

Die Appartementanlage ist idyllisch zwischen der Adriastraße und einem betonbefestigten Felsenstrand eingepasst. Obwohl es sich um Ferienwohnungen handelt, werden diese täglich gereinigt. Das offerierte WLAN war sehr instabil und oft nicht funktionsfähig. Insgesamt war es aber ein schöner Urlaub.

Ja gave plek zo aan het water eigenlijk in the middle of nowhere (neem eigen eten en drinken mee) Bed is wat spartaans verder is alles netjes en werkt. Verwacht niets spannends. Super geschikt om met een grote groep naartoe te gaan.

Nie wieder Villa Ratac

Gleich vorweg: es kann dort niemand Deutsch / Englisch solala Rund um die Uhr Check-in: wenn man denn endlich die nirgendwo gekennzeichnete „Rezeption“ gefunden hat. Wir jedenfalls mussten auf dieser Terrasse - die als Rezeption und Restaurant für Frühstück fungiert - über eine halbe Stunde warten bis jemand kam - war echt toll mit nach 10 Stunden fahrt und mit einem 5 Monate alten Baby! Kinderbetreuung: Nicht vorhanden! Keine Haustiere: dafür rennen der Hund einer Putzfrau und eine Katze dort rum…Auch Gäste mit Hunden wohnten neben uns WLAN in allen Bereichen und auf den Zimmern: Highspeed-WLAN gibt es zwar, man bekommt aber nur sehr schwer irgendwo Empfang Essen/ Zimmerservice: Frühstück wird in einem kleinen Kämmerchen gemacht, war aber immer in Ordnung. Abendessen wird keines angeboten! Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice! (Es ist ja nicht mal ein Telefon im Zimmer) Fön /Wasserkocher/ Klimaanlage/ Küchenzeile/ Kühlschrank: alt aber vorhanden Mikrowelle: (war uns wichtig zum Sterilisieren der Babyflaschen) wurde extra für uns nach ein paar Tagen gekauft Businesscenter: nicht vorhanden bzw. vielleicht auf der Terrasse alias dem Restaurant/der Rezeption Sonstiges: 133 Stufen vom Auto bis zum Meer Die m²-Angaben der Zimmer berücksichtigen übrigens auch den Balkon bzw. die Terrasse. Die Villa liegt an der Hauptverkehrsroute nach Dubrovnik, deshalb war es entsprechend laut. Der Strand ist ganz in Ordnung aber das Meer war wirklich schön warm und klar.

Not on the map!! Ridiculous Location, you would be expected to leave your vechile on side of highway, Poor To No Signage. If visiting Dubrovnik you would be better to find accomadation with car parking as this would add more to your visit. Very Disappointed not on map

Stunning views. Beautiful sunsets.

We rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom sea-view apartment. Accommodation spacious and well equipped. Location great for us but you do ideally need a car as the nearest village, Slano is approx. 3km away (has all you will need, restaurants, ATM, 2 small supermarkets, pharmacy etc. There is a good and regular bus service and if visitng Dubrovnik for the day(25-30 mins drive away) would recommend as parking is expensive - around £3/hr . We self-catered (although we ate out most of the time) in Slano, Ston - recommend Stagnum restaurant & Dubrovnik) as prices reasonable and food is very good,). Some guests appear to be on a breakfast and evening meal arrangement which we were not offered at booking or during our stay but if you don't have a car or want to go out each night then it may be worth asking about this. We didn't need it and stocked up at Lidl on the way from the airport basics and topped up in Slano when needed. Only real drawback of the apartments is the parking - main road runs at back of hotel. the road can be noisy but quietens at night so not a problem and although it is not a particularly busy road the locals do drive very fast and as the exit is on a bend therefore you do need to have all your wits about you when leaving and particularly at night when returning as it isn't very well lit and if all the apartments are occupied parking can be a challenge . However, we managed!

Very pleasant and peaceful hotel. Owners were very helpful and spoke good English. We can recommend this hotel. Good view to the sea and great sunset. A lot of steps to the beach. Aircondition worked efficiently and tap water was drinkable. Busstop is nearby 200 meters away, but we recommend to rent a car because buses run seldom. It takes about 40 min to get to Dubrovnik by bus. There are no grocery stores or restaurants within walking distance.

Special place north of Dubrovnik

This is a great family friendly location if you do not want to be in the hustle of Dubrovnik. It has a kitchen and is right on the water. The biggest challenge is not passing by it on the road.

If you're planning a trip to Dubrovnik and Dubrovnik area, stay at this hotel! We had an outstanding experience at this hotel on our week-long visit to Croatia. Our room was really cozy, very clean and smelled wonderful. It was equipped with everything we could need. Franca was really there for us! Enjoy sun bathing with a view at the terrace! The afternoon glass of wine on the terrace with a plate of cheese, fruit and meats is something we've been missing since we come home, but will always remember. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Wunderschöner Blick auf das Meer

Ich hatte ein Apartment mit einem großzügigen Balkon, den ich eigentlich gar nicht mehr verlassen wollte. Vom Hotel sind viele Orte prima zu erreichen, um erkundet zu werden. Restaurantsund Shops sind in 5-6 km vorhanden - ohne einem Fortbewegungsmittel ist man daher aufgeschmissen. Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft gewesen.

Bestes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Sehr schöne Lage an etwas abgelegener Bucht,super zum schwimmen. Aussicht von den Terrassen traumhaft, schöne Zimmer und sehr nette Familie. Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!
