We had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to the incredible people here and an amazing room. The location is perfect. Close enough for walk to Old Town and beaches but still nice and quiet for sleeping. Big thank you to Mikristi and Goran. I unfortunately had an injury while exploring thr city and they both went above and beyond to take care of us. They offered thoughtful advice, genuine support, and treated us with so much kindness. They made sure my wife was looked after while I was getting the treatment I needed. Truly phenomenal hospitality — caring, genuine people who made us feel like family. I honestly cannot say enough good things about them or the place.

My short stay here was perfect. The proprietor went out of her way to accommodate me and make me feel at home. The location is a short walk from restaurants and the walled city. I would totally recommend Villa Anica for anyone traveling to Dubrovnik!

The property was special, felt very private and we were treated to a glass of wine and snacks when we arrived. Any need was taken care of including breakfast, transportation to the airport and a private sailboat for 4 hours (having someone else make these arrangements for us, gave us the time to fully enjoy). We would come again, I highly recommended this property.

This was a property advertised with hotels as a hotel. It was reasonably priced as a hotel but as a room it was expensive. In fact it is a house with 3 rooms in it. While it falls in the town of Pile, it is quite a hike to there & back to get to the central entrance of the fortress. I would not book there again. It was falsely advertised.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Anica. It was about a 15 minute walk down to the old city (although be prepared for some uphill to get back. The accommodation was good. The bed is soft as I prefer it with a sheet and blanket as opposed to a duvet. The air conditioning worked well, the bathroom is spacious, and the building common areas and garden are beautiful. There was provided a kettle to make morning coffee and tea, as well as a refrigerator with a few drinks and some fruit and other snacks. The host met us at the parking garage and took us to the location, although it is not difficult to find. Parking is extremely easy, being very close to the location and right off the main road into town, however it is very expensive. 40 euros per day, and a two day ticket is 160! If you were staying more than one day I assume you would need to repark every day to get the daily rate. We were able to find a spot on the street right next to the garage in the off season time we visited. There is a bakery within 5 minutes of level walk that is good for breakfast if you don't want to walk down to the old city.

Mimi was an excellent host. She greeted me with a glass of wine and some freshly baked sweets. It was wonderfully situated in a great location to walk into the old city as well as being near some fabulous restaurants.
