要爬200多个台阶 need to climb more than 200 steps

如果不怕拎着行李箱，在狭窄的不平的路上走半个小时，然后再爬200多个台阶，就可以住这个家庭的住宅酒店。Wifi 很慢，并有一天没有 Wifi. If you are not afraid to carry a suitcase to walk about half an hour in the narrow and uneven road, and then climb more than 200 steps, you can live in this family's residential hotel. Wifi is slow and one day wifi was stopped.

We could not have been more happy with the view from our room balcony it’s a view you could have never imagined with the sweet price. It was no more than a 10 minute walk to old town and the food market. The room was clean and the man was very welcoming and accommodating.

Awful do not book this room

Went to check in at the house and the man wouldn’t answer the door had to get hotels.com to contact him with no joy!! Finally 2 hours later he let us in and blamed us for the late booking. The place was filthy, this is a room in his house which may i add he did not leave. There was faeces on the bathroom floor and all ovee the shower mat and the toilet was disgusting, i had to put toilet roll on the seat to use it. The towels were not changed throughout the 4 night stay nor was the bedding, i would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here and hotels.com need to review this as it is not upto standard that i would expect when booking through them!!

The balcony and view were amazing! Great place to relax and see every bit of Old Town. But... Please be aware that there are 140 steep stairs from the street to the door. Spa services consists of a small inflatable hot tub (functionality untested), laundry services was a small non-functioning washer/dryer in bath room. Bath room is shared, down the hall, and could have been a lot cleaner. There may be a camera in the shared area between the rooms. But then again...there is the awesome view!

Magnificent!

The hike to get there with a huge suitcase is not an easy one. But, you are richly rewarded with the most magnificent views of all of the old city and marina. No need for the expensive cable car. Just be prepared to climb, climb and, climb stairs everywhere in dobrovnic. Make sure you book the panoramic Seaview room. Otherwise, it wouldn’t be worth all that effort

The owner was very nice, the location was good (but you need to have strong legs for all the stairs!) and the view is incredible. The room is generally fine, but there were several issues: there was no shampoo, there were several used bars of soap around the bathroom, there was no toilet paper, and the shower drain was clogged. Hopefully these issues will be attended to in the future and this will be a nicer place to stay.

Lovely view. Pleasant owner. Spacious room with balcony, close to old town dubrovnik. 260ish steps between old town and this apartment which is quite an effort worth it for the view though. Slight smell to the bathroom, but we got used to it. Overall very nice place to stay.

Lejlighed tæt på den gamle by

Fin størrelse og fin beliggenhed. Området omkring den gamle by er meget kuperet, så der er naturligvis halv mange trapper op til lejligheden. Det trækker desværre ned, at lejligheden ikke var rengjort. Halv gammel inventar. Bl.a. sengen var ved at falde fra hinanden. Der var hvad man skal bruge, og fra vores var der en fantastisk udsigt.

とにかく経営している老人に問題がとてもあるホテルだった。滞在前に幾つか質問を送っても、そのうちの一つの質問に2,3単語だけのの返答が返ってくるだけなのに、滞在前日にチェックインや滞在の細かな規則を送ってきたので滞在前から不安だった。実際に行ってみると、英語も流暢ではないとても頑固な老人が1人で経営しているホテルだった。彼は笑顔も全くなく、ホスピタリティが全然感じられなかった。部屋は一見悪くないが、共用のバスルームは綺麗とはとても言えないし、部屋の家具や設備も古く、エアコンからは深夜に水が垂れてきた。それを伝えると「設定温度が低すぎる、俺は28度で寝てるぞ」と訳の分からない逆ギレをされとても気分を害した。道からホテルまでは急な200段くらいの階段がありとても辛い。唯一良かったのは入り口横のバルコニーからの眺めだが、ドブロブニクは斜面に沿って街があるので、これは他の多くのホテルでも同様に楽しめると思う。シャンプーや歯ブラシなどのアメニティーや毎日の部屋の掃除も一切ない。タオルも最初に部屋に置いてある分だけで宿泊日数分くれることもない。足りないタオルが欲しいと伝えても「もうあるだろ」と全く掛け合ってくれない。そのように全くゲストをもてなす気の無い頑固な老人に気分を害されまくりだった。大切な人との旅行にはオススメできない。個人的には二度と泊まりたくないホテルだった。

Oppholdet var supert! Leiligheten var fin og hadde fantastisk utsikt over gamlebyen! Liten terrasse en kan sitte på kvelden og nyte utsikten på! Leiligheten ligger også perfekt lokalisert med alt en trenger, gamlebyen, butikk, gondol og strand ikke langt unna!

Rum med fantastik utskick över stad och hav

Hyrde ett rum med fantastisk utskick över gamla stan och havet. Att se båtarna komma in och åka ut var häftigt. Ingen biltrafik som störde på något sätt. Boende på lägenhetshotellet nedanför hördes men störde inte på nämnvärd sätt. Hyresvärden Josip var trevlig och hjälpsam med val av aktiviteter på stan och med hjälp av husets faciliteter. Blev överraskad av att badrummet låg utanför rummet och att det inte fanns något kök, men dock ett kylskåp och en vattenkokare, vilket gjorde att fungerade bra ändå. Det är lätt att åka till och från lägenheten eftersom adressen startar intill linbanan i Dubrovnik men jag vill dock inte rekommendera lägenheten för personer med handikapp eller hjärtproblem pga de 139 trappsteg som man får ta för att komma upp till den.

Ne pas avoir peur des marches pour profiter de la vue magnifique qui est le seul vrai atout de l'endroit. Propriétaire tout à fait antipathique qui exige d'être payé presque avant que vous n'ayez mis le pied dans la chambre, même pour un séjour de quatre jours et qui ne montre pas pour reprendre les clefs. Mobilier et déco vieux et moche.Parking gratuit, c'est un bien grand mot, il s'agit de la rue au-dessus, parcours très acrobatique pour la rejoindre, escalade de murs, marche dans un jardin abandonné...

Beautiful View

Great location for seeing the sites. Lots of stairs to get to location. We had to call the owner to open the door. Parking was confusing and not guaranteed by the owner. Walkable location met all our needs. Don't pack heavy, you have to climb up many steps to get there.

What a view but you have to work for it!

Most amazing view of the old town walls and the port but you must climb 200 steps to see it. Sporadic wifi. Hot water. Beautiful terrace. If you have heavy luggage or are older you may want a different option. Once you get there the view is unparalleled short of taking the cable car. But once you leave you are out for the day!

長い階段を上った先には素晴らしい眺め

テラス付のダブルルーム、共用バスルームでした。 17時ごろに到着したら、遅いと言われてしまいました。飛行機が遅延したこともありますが、それにしてもこの時間で遅いと言われるとは……。このサイトにはそのようにチェックイン時間に厳しい記述はなかったと記憶していたのですが。どうやら原則14時がチェックイン時間（14時～ではない）らしいので、それ以外の時間に到着予定の方は事前に連絡した方が良いみたいです。ご予約される方は、気を付けてください。アクセスは地図さえあれば簡単です。ロープウェイの駅の近くで空港からのシャトルバス下車できるはずですのでそれが安くて早そうです。地理上、他のレビューにもあるとおり、このあたりのアパートメントは多くの階段を登らなければならないので体力に自信のない方は避けて、大手チェーンでの宿泊がお勧めです。ただ、上った分、テラスからの旧市街の眺めは素晴らしいものでした。私は男1人旅だったので階段も決して楽ではありませんが、特に気にはしませんでした。シーズンオフで安かったこともあり、個人的にはここでの滞在には満足していますが、誰にでも勧められるとは思わないので他の施設と良く検討された方が良いと思います。

修行のような階段をのぼりきれれば、旧市街地とアドリア海の美しい景観が。

旧市街地から比較的すぐの距離にある景観の良いゲストハウス。観光地特有の高価格帯のドブロブニクの中では、リーズナブルにして景観が良く、旧市街地へのアクセスも良いところです。場所はピレ門からは800m、元気な人だと歩いて６、７分といったところでしょうか。人の良い老夫婦が管理しているそうで、ベッド&ブレークファスト形式に近く、鍵を貰って規約説明を受けたらあとは好きにやってくださいといった感じの場所です。す（私達夫婦が泊まったときは、ご主人のみしか見ていません）。部屋はドブロブニクに建てられる一般的な家をゲスト向けに作り替えた感じです。設備は新しくありませんが、掃除がきちんとされていて、空調、バスルーム、トイレなども部屋ごとにきちんとあり、ベッドも大きめ、またキッチン（鍋、フライパン、包丁、食器類、コップ、電気ケトルなどもついてます）・冷蔵庫があり、快適でした。困ったところは、なんとゲストハウスにつく前に数百段もの急な階段を歩いてあがらなければなりません。（行けばわかるのですが、道が狭いので人以外は通れないです）。海外旅行仕様のスーツケースを持って、この階段を上がるのは男性でも一苦労、女性はたぶんムリな人の方が多いのでは。。？（私の妻のスーツケースは、たまたま通りかかった白人男性のおじさんに運ぶのを手伝ってもらってなんとか事なきを得ました。）ほとんど修行です。。ただ、それ故か、部屋について窓をあけると、写真や雑誌や、有名なアニメで観たアドリア海の景色が広がっていてとても感動、、なるほど急斜面の上に建てたおかげで、旧市街地と海がきれいに見渡せるんですね。この景観と価格のおかげで入り口前の数百段の修行階段をなんとか許せるに至りました笑（※わたし達の泊まった部屋からの景観です。すべての部屋を確認したわけではありません）ちなみに管理人のおじいさんは英語はいけるようです。私達は英語がろくにできなかったので、最初、「なんだこいつら？」みたいないぶかし気な反応をされましたが、体格の良い、温和な管理人さんです。あとこれは余談ですが、ゲストハウスに限らず街中に「蚊」が多いので、蚊よけスプレーなどは絶対に持って行きましょう。許されるなら、私は蚊取り線香を炊いて、窓を開け放ち、ゲストハウスからの景色を観ていたかったです。

Gorgeous View and Close to Old Town

Minus the stair climbing it takes to get here, the location is very convenient--the cable car stop and airport bus stop are basically at the foot of the stairs, and old town is almost right below the cable car. Most of the local hotels are a ways away and require bus trips to get to old town. As long as you aren't expecting and don't need hotel-style service, this is a great, comparatively affordable place to stay, with the added bonus that you start working off all of your wonderful meals on the trip home.
