The hotel is located in old town which is very good for us to explore the old town scene. Easy to access from bus station for about 10 mins. Nice breakfast with good coffee. And the receptionist is friendly to answer all the questions. Beds are good. Bathroom can be improved.

The thing I like is close to everything in town but the property is very poor, bad AC, bad smell and a lot noise. I don’t even get shampoo or soap

This property has a great location inside Old Town. Sort your parking in advance if you drive. The nearby old town parking is 100€ per day. Park further out for much less (25€ per day) and uber to the old town. As for the physical property - our room did its basic job and gave us an air-conditioner place to sleep and shower. However there was a large moldy water stain in the ceiling above the shower. The entire lobby and stairwell smelled of mildew. The bathroom mirror appeared to have some kind of old crust in one corner. We reserved on Expedia for 3 people in 1 room but somehow they only had 2 on the reservation. The staff did accommodate by setting up a folding bed. However my friend who slept on it was afraid of falling thru it in the night because the slats holding the mattress on the frame kept falling off.

L’albergo è in un contesto molto bello ma accessibile solo a piedi e questo non l’ho letto da nessuna parte. Abbiamo aspettato circa un’ora prima che si palesasse un receptionist. La location è veramente molto bella ma non bisogna avere troppe pretese.

The building stinks to ciguerrete despite is a non smoking place. Breakfast is VERY basic for 10euros, just ham, cheese and bread. The TV in my room was just decoration as it didn’t have any cable connected and no remote control. I gave 2 stars just because the location is good.

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen ist die Lage der große Pluspunkt dieser Unterkunft. Ansonsten hatten wir ein Zimmer im obersten Stock, das mit Feuchtigkeit zu kämpfen hatte. Als es 2h stark geregnet hat kam Wasser durch die Decke, als wir das Zimmer betraten war der Boden an anderer Stelle bereits nass. In der Dusche hingen noch Haare von vorherigen Gästen. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar, die Betreiber kümmern sich um die Schlüssel, haben sonst aber scheinbar mit dem Hotel wenig zu tun und können einem dann auch kaum weiterhelfen. Dubrovnik ist generell nicht günstig, wir würden beim nächsten Mal aber wohl ein paar Euro mehr investieren und lieber woanders übernachten. Das Frühstück war nicht der Rede wert.
