Close to bus station to get to the old city and has grocery, bakery and bistro 1 min away from the residences. Laura’s communication was excellent!

The communication was great and was able to check in slightly earlier and later which was a great help. Good location close to the bus stop to easily get to the old town and close to the port. The only downside is the lack of amenities you’d normally get at a hotel if needed. However there were recommendations for left luggage/breakfast etc. that were very useful.

Large room and very nice balcony, close to Marina and nice walk there , a little far from old town but took only 30 minutes to walk there and was a good walk really. Good bakery below

Property was perfect for me. Clean, bright, lovely view, sat on the balcony after a long day of walking. It’s right beside the bus stop that takes you to the wall within minutes and I also walked the first day and it took about 30 minutes. Also beside the apartment is a very well priced grocery store. Highly recommend, don’t be put off by the distance. I took the shuttle from the airport to Gruz bus station and walked, took about 15 minutes.

Great location, large room, there was a weird smell in the room that was slightly off-putting, cleanliness could be a bit better. Also no iron or streamer which you'd expect for this type of property.

This was convenient, but it is more like renting a room for the weekend. It does not have hotel amenities; if you are looking for a front desk, room service, go elsewhere. But the service was amazing, they offered to help arrange pick up from the airport, and drop off. They do give an option to go to another hotel next door to have breakfast. It was great. The room looks like any other nice hotel room. Amazing storage, and nice finishes.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Shower and bed were good quality. Smart TV and large balcony were great. However, no iron in rooms or upon request. No one visibly available on site - no concierge or reception area. Check out time is early and not flexible (10am) and no option to store luggage. No food options on site. Advised to go to neighbouring hotel for breakfast for €20 breakfast and no discount offered. We will be back to Croatia but not City Residences.

Excelente acomodação! A Paula foi muito atenciosa e gentil. Entrou em contato conosco e acertou todos os detalhes da nossa chegada. Há estacionamento para quem viaja de carro. A propriedade é exatamente aquilo que as fotos mostram. A vista da varanda é incrível! Adoramos ficar nessa propriedade.

Moderna. Nueva. Tuvimos una linda vista. Cama muy suave. Dos cosas para mejorar el jabon de baño no tiene olor agradable pero lo mas importante al entrar el cuarto huele mal a cloaca. Teniamos que abrir la puerta de la terraza para que entrara aire fresco, luego mejoraba el olor.
