Very clean. Nice new shower and TV. Bed firm mattress. Oven and hob getting old but clean. No microwave. Choose first floor apartments for a view. We chose ground floor, no view but nice garden. English speaking relatives of owner always available. Overall good value for money.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce petit studio bien équipé et idéalement situé. La propreté était tout à fait correcte, et le rapport qualité/prix est un vrai point fort. Mention spéciale pour les propriétaires, très agréables et arrangeants, qui nous ont même offert une bouteille de vin à notre arrivée — une attention qui fait plaisir ! Je recommande sans hésiter.

Posto molto carino la stanza ed i sevizi erano pulitissimi il bagno un pó piccolo ma tutto sommato giusto.....disponibilità ad anticipare il check in tutto come descritto la vicinanza al mare ed i servizi primari era circa 300/400 peccato che erano tutti in salita al ritorno in camera.Nonostante ciò lo consiglio per trascorrere una piacevole vacanza.

Petit appartement bien sympathique, mais pas très insonorisé. A proximité du centre ville de Cavtat. Les propriétaires présents en cas de besoin pour d'éventuels renseignements.
