"The room and staff were great. But construction was ongoing so there was no kitchen area or breakfast available. Still a good place to stay with modern rooms."

"The room location was quiet and away from the louder areas of old town, but close enough still to be in the middle of everything. Room and facilites were new and finishes were great. A fantastic value for your money."

"We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, the cafe bar served good food and drinks, with live music on some evenings which was great. The pool area was a perfect place to relax (towels are provided) and our room was spacious. The hotel is in a quieter part of Lapad which suited us perfectly and was easy to walk out from. We slept well and had a nice view of the garden from our opening window. Housekeeping was very conscientious. The free bottle of water provided at the start of our trip was much appreciated, as were the tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. If you like a powerful hairdryer, you may wish to take your own but I otherwise can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. We would certainly go back to this lovely place. Thank you."
"The over management of the elevators ie not allowing a guest to go to a floor other than their own was bizarre and over the top.
Incredible breakfast buffet. Coffee so so.
The rooms with the balcony view were nice. Wall thin as we could hear our Neighbors. Hallways a bit claustrophobic w very low ceiling.
For serious lap swimmers, the largest pool over seen at a hotel ( 30 m). Access to the sea.
Front desk staff pleasant. We were there in late April to before the summer crowds."
"The hotel was not a good choice for us. It was far from the old city and very crowded, lots of buses with what looked like people attending some conference. Staff at reception desk not helpful, loud crowds everywhere, dated room. The breakfast was good with good options and some helpful staff."
"Great location outside the old city- easy walk or bus. Outside the restricted driving zone and has parking. Beatitiful views from rooms and breakfast/dining area - out to the water"
"If you are booking this hotel solely for the location, you won’t be disappointed—it sits right on beautiful Lapad Bay. The staff are also absolute gems; everyone we encountered was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
The cleaning staff, in particular, deserve a medal. They work incredibly hard to keep the linen, towels, and rooms as clean as humanly possible, but they are fighting a losing battle. You simply cannot clean "old." The carpets are heavily stained and need a complete replacement, and the showers are severely outdated and desperately need to be ripped out and replaced.
The physical state of this property is completely run down and unmaintained. There is no lift, so be prepared for all stairs—depending on your room, you could potentially be hauling your heavy suitcases up six grueling flights of stairs with zero assistance.
On a positive note, once you finally drag yourself to the room, the mattress is surprisingly comfortable, and the smart TV with working Netflix was a great touch for winding down in the evening.
To the owners: stop relying entirely on your amazing location and hard-working staff to carry this business. You need to either knock this building down and rebuild, or shut it down for a massive modernisation.
Pros: Fantastic Lapad Bay location, wonderfully friendly staff, comfortable bed, and great smart TV/Netflix.
Cons: No lift (6 flights of stairs), stained carpets, outdated showers, entirely unmaintained."
