"The staff at check in were very good but when i went back for help with internet the lady could not help me and was rude. I had stayed in this hotel in September 2025 and had a great room that was large and very nice. This time our room was very tiny and we could not get the room cooled off. The room this time was a lot more in price."

"What an absolute gem of a hotel. Location is excellent for the center of Dublin, right beside the Ha'penny Bridge. Check in was fast, friendly and efficient. Our room was modern, spacious with a great little kitchen area with all the basics you would need for a few days. Would 100% reccommend!"
