We couldn't pass each other in the gap between the bed & the wardrobe. River view wasn't great just managed to see some of it on left ...

The Dean Dublin Docklands- Formerly The Mayson
The rooms were very nice but also very small. The property seems to have a lot of late night partiers that were screaming in the hallways for quite awhile at 2am.
