"This is a hotel for constructions workers. When my teenage daughter and I checked in early Sunday everything seemed okay. But late evening and Monday the hotel was filled with construction laborers. Every afternoon it was filled with guys in the parking lot drinking, playing music and smoking. I wish the hotel management gave my daughter and I heads up this might not be the hotel for you. "In all reality, for someone that’s in town just for work, it’s a great place to stay. They clean your room, replace used towels and do your bed. Restrooms a little small, sometimes slightly noisy outside environment due to the place being next to an intersection. But if you’re just looking for a comfortable bed with hot showers, great a/c, cable tv, and parking right in front of your room, all at the best price you can find in Stephenville, this is your place. "Although this is a older establishment, it has been lovingly remodeled and decorated. It is similar to what was once called a 'tourist court' back in the 40s & 50s. But that suits me just fine. It fills the bill for an overnight stay, as long as a person isn't overly picky. I've stayed in fancy places from LA to NYC and metro areas in between, but a little place like this has a nostalgic appeal that hard to beat."
