The property is very conveniently located near the central area. One can walk to all the usual sights. The rooms are small, but well equipped. They are appropriate to serve as a place to stay while touring. The lower floors were noisy due to the city tram. The were also warm because the we couldn't adjust the air conditioning. However, we will stay again because it was worth the price.

One minor issue, they don’t supply face wash cloths. Very very small rooms and only one suitcase stand. Very awkward to keep things organized.

Modern hotel. Good location a few minutes walk from Temple bar. King size bed although room quite small. Walk in shower, nice bathroom. Continental breakfast adequate. Our only complaint was that they did not make it clear that our parking ticket at nearby Arnotts had to be authorised by them to get discount. This cost us an extra €17.

Great staff, willing to help when they could with early checkin. Great location that made most everything within walking distance to the hotel. Tram right put the door, busses down the streat or across the river.

It was our home away from home. Stayed 3 nights at start of trip then returned 6 nights later for another 2. Staff super friendly and helfpul. Desk clerks, housekeeping and bar, all amaizing. Such modern rooms and envirement concious. Great breakfast available every morning. Close to everything in Dublin City Center, public transit, hop on hop off bus, trains, and don't forget the pubs!

Very helpful staff; nice lounge and restaurant area on first floor; the room itself was quite small and the view (top floor) wasn't great, but it was quite clean and "efficient;" the location was excellent.
