Room seemed clean and bed was comfortable. Quiet at night. Curtain rail was several inches shorter than the window, resulting in daylight streaming in very early. The food from the nearby restaurant (not sure what the association is) was dreadful - meat was as tough as boots.

I was given a family room even though I was a solo traveler so I had plenty of room. The room was very clean but the bed was pretty uncomfortable. The reception staff member was not as friendly as he might have been.

Although a distance from town, the nearby cafe/restaurant suited my needs. I thought the restaurant attached to the property was closed and realised too late that I checked pre opening hours. Would stay again as it happened to be very close to the turnoff I needed to take on my way to Parkes.

Check in started badly with reception unattended and a contact phone number posted on the door. Fortunately, we had a charged mobile phone – but it is inexcusable to not have the reception attended during normal business hours. A voice provided the lock box code, which contained 8-10 envelopes for incoming guests. The restaurant was closed, possibly due to a holiday absence – but would not open until several days after we departed. A hot cooked breakfast was available, cooked to order and well done. Wi-Fi was available but limited. Service staff were attentive and helpful, even when the reception was again unattended at checkout time and the cleaner processed the payment for breakfasts. A nice motel, reasonable pricing let down by the lack of presence!!

A was staggered to find out the advertised restaurant had been closed for some time ! The bathroom, all the modern had a dispensing, toilet tissue module, the same, as you find in a council toilet sheet by sheet! And when you turn the shower on the entire floor, floods – I was not desperately impressed with this hotel at all
