Nice location and nice service.
Our overall impression of the hotel is very nice service and nice location at the Financial Centre. However, the swimming pool is a bit small and dirty.

这家酒店的设施非常好,离迪拜塔和地铁站都不太远,金融中心地铁站走路10分钟,迪拜塔打车15迪拉姆。酒店很新,很多人都不知道,但住起来很舒适。在一条比较安静的街上,但去迪拜中心区域也比较方便。价钱在当地5星级酒店里算便宜的,但设施应该算很好的。比较推荐入住。

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem kompetenten Service. Leistungen allerdings viel zu teuer. 17 eur für eine Schale Nüsse in der Minibar oder 12 eur für ein kleines Bier in der Bar ist unangemessen.

The facilities need revitalising need investment in to new technology. Food menu needs improving. Staff is very good and helpful, director of rooms is very keen to improve experience and walks up and down ensuring guests are comfortable. I find hotel a bit pricy for the facilities it offers

Excellent hotel for business trips. quiet, clean, super staff, food is excellent , room service fast . Cafe at lobby with good menus and excellent staff. Breakfast although limited options but perfect.

Front desk should have better service
The Residence side pool is not as good as the other premises. I had a surprising unwelcoming checkout experience as front desk manager Faisal wanted to argue with me on internet charges. I offered to pay it but it was more important for him to win the argument than concentrate on smooth customers service. I find other hotel next time.

careless service
first i want to mention that they have overcharged me $3k for my stay, i have prepaid for my stay and upon my check out they charged me again same amount. i have addresses the issue to front desk and they informed they going to refund me this amount within 3 weeks, one month passed already and i have still did not receive my refund. They never sent me any confirmation of refund but gladly i handle paper statements. I had to open a dispute with my credit card to get my money bank. i really think with such a high end hotel you should not experience such careless attitude. i have never even received an apology for such inconvenience Well apart than that hotel is really overpriced. Room is small and dark and service is poor. Spa rooms are cold and massage therapist are unprofessional.
