Tasty, affordable, fresh lunch buffet. Decent rooms. Stiff beds maybe a downside. Super attentive and helpful staff in every way. They serve alcohol at the next door pub if that’s your jam!

For the purpose of our visit this property was awesome. 10 - 15 min walk to the metro station (Sharaf dg or Ghubaiba) lots of food options within 5 mins walk. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature and amenities were as expected. The only thing lacking was the condition of the equipment in the gym could use an upgrade. The stay overall was amazing.

This property has a night club that blasts *very* loud music from 10pm until 4:00 or 4:30am. I know these hours because I couldn't sleep until 4:30am for the entire week that I was there. In addition to this, there are people running around yelling outside my door all night. In one case, somebody knocked on our door, laughed, and then ran away. The pool is underutilized, and good. The staff are excellent. The room itself is good. The property is not close to any bus stops or metro, and there is nothing in the area (though there are some grocery stores). The hotel is flanked by ominous spas. It is clear that this is a prostitution area (both in the spas, and quite likely in the hotel itself). I was staying with my son, and we did not sleep very well at all. To top it off, each morning at 8am sharp there was construction outside.

The front desk woman was quite kind and helpful as was the lifeguard for the pool. However, we went out and when we came back, the room had been cleaned, but the TV remote was missing. Two men came to the room and literally turned over furniture, lifted up the bed 2x, checked our bags, everything looking for the remote. It was very uncomfortable. They found no remote. We were told we had to wait until morning for another remote. We were a room with 3 kids and no TV. This was not ideal. We went to use the gym and they decided to close it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is very old. Furnitures are old. Carpet is in very bad condition and Im sure there are tons of dirt there. The bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. Hotel has to renew.. the stuff is very supportive, the restaurant in the enterance flow is good

Una premessa: il personale dell’hotel è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad assistere e aiutare in ogni momento e in ogni caso. Sono tutti molto accoglienti sorridenti, in particolare la ragazza all’entrata di cui non ricordo il nome. Per il resto c’è da dire che la struttura è un po’ vecchia e alcune parti sono da rinnovare, come il nostro caso il bagno. L’ultimo piano che ospita la piccola piscina è trascurato. Per noi il buffet della colazione era un po’ limitato, ma è evidente che questo hotel non ha una clientela occidentale. Nel complesso esperienza positiva
