Staff was very nice and hotel was good, comfortable with good breakfast. They let us check in early, which was very kind, and wrote me a message in a card for my birthday with a very tasty cake too 😀

Average setup. Staff was courteous. No smart TV in room to be npt able to stream. Room as average. Walkable to tram and big bus stops. They did forget to clean the room on the first day but did come to clean after calling reception. Breakfast buffet is good.

A gem of a hotel in amongst all the tall building! It had 2 pools, one of which is a rooftop and a bar. The rooms are comfortable, but a little bit dated! The location is good near to the Marina and Jumeirah Beach!

property was selected due to proximity to business meeting and global brand. breakfast was good and the hotel is clean and quiet. Any type of request however seems to send the staff into confusion. i had asked for a garment steamer to freshen a suit. the hotel doesn’t have this so please don’t ask as the resulting circus is not worth the effort. Also had to request a late check out on three different occasions.

I like this hotel
Great Hotel and location. I would like to thank the management and the front desk team for the room upgrade, the overall service and the amazing customer care approach. I will definitely stay again in the near future and highly recommend this hotel for business travellers.
