If I could leave zero stars I would, I was attending the conference as a speaker at the expo so I booked this hotel because of it’s distance to the expo. I booked the executive suite, highest room category, obviously comfort is important to me, on the day of my event I woke up with horrible back pain from the mattress, hotel did nothing to alleviate the situation and offered to turn the matteess upside down, I checked out early and booked another hotel. Usually I never leave negative reviews because user expectations are different and these reviews could hurt a business but the way management dealt with me as “you’ve already paid for your entire stay not our problem anymore” had to put this review, perhaps higher management will take action and protect there business then to let incompetent people run it.
