5mins walk away from Sharf DG station, 10mins walk to Mall of Emirates and can take public transportation to most of the tourist attractions: Burj Khalifa, Sailing boat hotel, public beach in half an hour The room is so huge as well as the shower room. Both are clean and tidy. I booked the full board package which includes three meals and the room. The meals are so tasty and freshly cooked though the choices are limited. The hotel staff are very friendly and polite. They are caring and pay attention to the needs of each customer. They will call to your room when your tour has arrived. There is a travel desk which is a travel agency indeed that you can buy on the spot but usually it’s cheaper on other applications. Just one minor point: A Pakistan cleaner asked for tip after cleaning my room and he rang my door bell too many times which is a bit annoying. Besides, some mainland Chinese tour group also picked this hotel so they speak quite loud at the dining room.

酒店內部及大堂雖不大，但房內夠大及裝飾不俗，設備齊全，浴室也有浴缸，房內有落地玻璃街景。附近有些食市，位置在RTA捷運繁忙地段附近，不用乘坐太多車站。

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable and very good. However, the room was noisy and lacked soundproofing. It was fairly clean and the bathroom was pleasant, but there was a lot of noise and very little quiet, which made it difficult to sleep.

This is a pleasant hotel in an older section of the city. There are local flavor resturants walking distance from the hotel. The onsite resturants are lacking. The hotel rooms do not have heat ( its the desert) but the AC is over powering in the winter months. Keeping the system off is not a good option due to air quality.

The size of the room was acceptable but the default for 3 adults was a king bed, they provided a portable bed free of charge which improved the situation. The mattress of the portable bed was in terrible shape and had huge stains on it. They accepted to replace it. While we booked the room for 3 people, the glasses, coffee mugs and towels were provided for 2 people and we needed to constantly remind the staff. In more than one instance the "clean" towels had stains on them. They did not provide conditioner and body lotion was not there either. Breakfast buffet was very limited and not with many healthy options.

The room absolute stank of cigarettes on the “non smoking floor” and they couldn’t move me or do anything about it. The pool side service was non existent and no menus etc. The staff weren’t friendly and the amenities just seemed run down

The rooms were very spacious. Like an apartment. The first floor is very noisy due to the bar. But the reception warned me ahead. She gave me free upgraded room. Breakfast was OK. The guest services are amazing. Very polite, helpful and on time.

Hotel has a very good location Shop and food around hotel which are opened late so you don't have to move far to grab some food Hotel is clean and rooms are big and comfortable. Only problem is that hotel doesn't say that it's also a long bar with very loud music in the evening until late in the night Unfortunately loud music and bass can be heard in your bed. Sometimes I surprised myself singing some of their songs

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing stay — poor management + cleanliness issues throughout. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel stay was truly disappointing + far below expectations. The management of the hotel is extremely poor; the property needs a lot more attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Room: My room smelled of smoke, + the windows, sills, curtains were covered in a layer of dust and dirt. Room smelt damp, + the air conditioning was noisy. The bathroom tiling needs repair + the bath itself had a grimy film at the drain end, which clearly hasn’t been cleaned properly due to the fixed shower screen making access difficult. Amenities: Towels are old + completely lacking in softness. Pillows were among the worst I’ve encountered — cheap foam, no 'give'. When I requested a feather pillow, I was given a small, damp, lumpy pillow in an oversized pillowcase. Housekeeping: Service was inconsistent + poorly managed. Housekeeping staff came to my room to take the bathroom scales for another guest (!) — despite my objections — and I didn’t get them back until 4 days later, after repeatedly asking. The corridors were also in need of a proper vacuum. Facilities: Rooftop area + gym: really dirty and poorly maintained. Tables/chairs covered in grime. Spa staff sleep overnight in treatment rooms -is this legal?! Overall: The staff were friendly and polite, but clearly poorly managed and unsupported. This hotel desperately needs leadership, training, and proper cleaning systems!

chambre spacieuse et propre, étage non fumeur très apprécié, service diner en chambre bon et sans supplément (pas cher). Zero vue tout est en construction autour, quartier sale (en travaux) pas terrible mais à 10mn du metro à pieds. Personnel à l'accueil peu souriant et d'aucune aide (on doit se débrouiller seuls), personnel de ménage et aux ascenseurs très gentil et souriants (eux), petit dej qui manque de sucré. Boite de nuit bruyante, pourtant on était dans les derniers étages, avec des bouchons d'oreille on n'entend plus rien.

My original room was too noisy, had to put noise cancelling headphones to sleep. They didn’t cancel my second night per request and offered me another room which was quite but had cracked bathtub, mold in bathroom and cracked countertop.
