I booked a family room and the photo showed there is a camping for children inside the room. But there is nothing provided during the actual visit.

Room we received did not look like the pictures I booked online. We booked a deluxe room with a king bed which had a bath and shower in the room , however when we arrived we had been given a WC accessible room with no bath. This was extremely disappointing as we felt we paid quite a lot of money ...
