"Check in was indicated as 2 pm to 5 pm but on arrival at 3.30 pm no one was in attendance. Fortunately another couple arriving were contacting the personnel and were given details to open the key safe for their room key. [Note: Room bookings are are identified by name eg ....vila/suite, but keys ..."
