The check in staff member handled a situation very well when another guest interrupted during our check-in. The hotel was clean and comfortable with good facilities.」

The room was spotless, very comfortable, gorgeous views of the garden and surrounding landscape as well. Breakfast was delicious and very well laid out , with loads of choice ! 「We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic. 」

「Fabulous hotel in lovely location. I could tell you about the great bedroom with very spacious bathroom with great towels. Both spotless. I could tell you about their excellent dinner menu & equally excellent breakfast. Instead I'll tell you about the staff. Every one of them from check-in to restaurant staff were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. A credit to the hotel.」

「Once we realized we had to go through the outdoor bar to get to the reception desk, we were greeted with a great smile! The rooms were amazing, spacious, clean, comfy bed and wonderful bathroom! Perfectly centered within walking distance to everything Belfast has to offer! A little disappointed upstairs restaurant and roof top bar were closed on the days we were there but that was our fault for not investigating beforehand.
