「It wasn't dirty, but it wasnt the cleanest. Needs lots of work inside and on the outside.」

「Staff is very responsive, property is quiet and very conducive for relaxation. Cabin’s outdoor living area/ hot tub area is a little outdated, but we will be back and check out a different cabin next time. For long weekend a cabin facing the creek would provide more privacy. Grocery stores are very close to the property in case you forgot anything.」

「Space felt clean, and there were no bad odors or smells. Small things around the place - missing toilet paper holder, no overhead light in bedroom, lack of dishes for use. Overall though, a great spot! If most people are going out each day or night, and Iy want to use the gym or pool occasionally, this was a great place!」

「Loved staying at the Blue Bird Cottage! Very cute and comfy, full kitchen, couch makes into a bed and a fun covered deck with hot tub. Clean and well organized! 」

「Nice clean older house with charm. Great quiet peaceful location near Blanco River and State Park. The tree house and watching deer were nice perks. Fire pit would have been nice if the county didn’t have the burn ban on. Owner’s would have been available if needed. The location was within an hour drive to many activities. Enchanted Rock, Natural Bridge Cavern, Lukenbach, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, Antiquing and Wineries to name a few. 」
