Very nice hotel no complaints We had to check in at 12pm due to train delays but were very cordially greeted would stay there again this was second trip to Dresden last was 30 plus years ago right after Berlin Wall went down, Soit is an entirely different place

The room is specious and the location is great. It's very comfortable to the travel. Unfortunately the floor behind the curtain is a bit dirty (with dust)

Very convenient for mainline station: for me, less than five minutes walk away. Quiet inside and out, no disturbed nights. Straight walk into the centre of the 'old' town a leisurely 10 - 15 minutes to one of the bridges over the Elbe, passing along the way shops and places of interest; then, should one wish, straight into the 'new' town and it's very attractive plane tree lined boulevard. Hotel was clean and attractive inside with a small gym which I used twice in my short stay. Reception staff helpful and efficient. I did not eat not drink at the hotel. Would recommend and stay there again. I found Dresden itself a wonderful city.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

The hotel is just a short walk from the central station and in the middle of the main shopping area. My room was modern, spacious and comfortable and both room and bathroom were spotlessly clean.

Excellent location and high quality hotel. Appointments felt upscale and the glass shower with rain shower head was wonderful after a long day of travel. The bed was a bit firm but that just personal preference. Quiet at night. Breakfast is worth the price.

Elevator stop

one out of three elevators were constantly out of order. during one trip a second elevator panik stopped between floor 12 and 13. we were almost thrown into the sealing. then the display showed. "Out of order" finaly it was slowly moving against 13th floor and we could force the door open. the receptionist hardly reacted to our experience.
