Staff was courteous. Breakfast was a little overpriced considering there were limited choices to choose from. Also one of the water closets was clogged.

While staff was friendly and helpful the accommodations themselves were poor. The room was icy cold and the heater would not stay on. The shower was a nightmare compact and dirty. On my first day there when I went to shower in the morning the entire women’s shower area was flooded and there were wads of hair everywhere. It was disgusting.

Private room was ok. More than enough bathrooms and showers that were cleaned daily. Located far from city center but walkable. Only issue were the group of students (?) that kept screaming and running in the middle of the night and slamming doors.

The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and genuine. The facilities are clean and very well maintained. Unfortunately when it’s hot outside the rooms get very hot and since there is no air con you have to open the window at night for air and the bar Habibis across the way is very noisy. So don’t expect quiet or smoke free air until at least 02:15 or bring ear plugs.

The hostel had clean rooms, toilets and showers. Very comfortable beds as well. Nice location in Neustadt with friendly staff. Also enjoyed karaoke night at the downstairs cafe/bar!

Nettes Personal. Abgewohnt und in meinem Fall war das Badezimmer nicht sauber. Handtücher mussten gegen Gebühr geliehen werden, was ok ist wenn, 1. eine Info vorab dazu erfolgt wäre und 2. diese Handtücher nicht so verbraucht wären. Lüftet mal die Lobby 😉 sonst war es ein nettes Hostel , was man durchaus empfehlen kann

Mir hat die Buchung nicht gefallen, da wir ein Einzimmer mit 2 Betten buchten, als wir dort ankamen, hatten wir jedoch ein Zimmer mit 10 Betten. Das Personal war erstklassig, sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich, gingen sicher, das der Gast voll zufrieden ist. Das wir dort kochen konnten hat mir am besten gefallen und natürlich, das man alles zu Fuß, per Bahn oder mieten von e-bikes oder e-rollern erreichen konnte. Würde es gern nochmals in Angriff nehmen. Nur sollte aus der Buchung hervorgehen, was für ein Zimmer man gebucht hat, ganz ehrlich liebe Leute, das fand ich unter aller Würde
